Proper and regular servicing of the equipment ensures that there is minimal deterioration and reduced degradation of the spares.

M/s VAPTEC LLC will be conducting predictive and preventive maintenance scheme at regular intervals to ensure that the equipment is in proper working condition with less breakdown. Maintenance scheme provided as part of our AMC contract will ensure all equipments are well maintained and works smoothly. Our competent technicians will be wiping, lubricating and realigning properly all the necessary parts that may get weaken due to normal wear and tear, which will in turn reduce the unnecessary overheating of the respective parts, so that the equipment could have extended product life.

M/s VAPTEC LLC, as an ISO 9001 certified company for its Quality Management System, implement an exclusive maintenance log for each equipment under periodic service scheme, which in turn ensures extended life of the equipment, by periodic, preventive and proactive significant care for all relevant critical spare parts. Our periodic service scheme includes high quality periodic preventative maintenance visits by competent and committed technicians, who are experienced in respective field for more than two decades, ensures that all critical spare parts are realigned and fixed back properly in its original design intent, results in extended product life.
